you can join the Asian Seniors Tour - Palm Resort GCC
membership card. Become an AST – Palm Resort
card member and maintain an official Golf Handicap under the auspice
of the United States Golf Association, USGA affiliated
with the R & A of St. Andrews. The AST – Palm
Resort handicap is recognised by golf courses worldwide.

To obtain your Proficiency Certificate (P.C.) please contact
ASM Golf - we can organise the through our golf academy for as
little as $90.00.
Your handicap will be jointly recorded by ASM
Golf and Palm Resort GCC. For maintenance of your handicap you
should submit by fax or mail at least 1 score card a month to
ASM Golf.
Hold a valid Proficiency Certificate (PC) card
Submit ten (10) score cards from any golf course along with
2 passport sized photos to ASM Golf Pte Ltd.
Participate in at least one ASM Golf event, which doubles as
your handicap test.
Pay registration and annual handicap maintenance costs of $60.00
per year.
A transfer & administration fee of $50.00 will apply to
transfer your handicap from AST PRGCC to another Golf Club in

Annual membership renewal costs $280.00
