The ambitious plan is for 4 x 18 holes golf courses to be built and designed by 4 golfing legends. They are Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Gary Player and another great legend to be named. For the time being only the Jack Nicklaus Course is available for play. This course was voted best Golf Course in Johor by Business Times on 24th February 1998 and again in 1999. Meanwhile the Arnold Palmer Course is being built by Palmer Design and the first 9 holes will be expected to be completed in 2002.
The course is beautiful and scenic and gives you the impression that the fairways are wide and easy. This may not be the case as you would soon realise when your ball starts to roll down the slopes or get caught in the many fairway bunkers or land in the watery grave. The first nine has more bunker hazards while the second nine has more water hazards.
The fairways are well marked and information like distances to reach or cross major hazards (ponds, streams, ravine or bunkers) are displayed at the tee boxes.
