Closing Date for the 4th ASM Jakarta 2026 is on Tue 18 Aug 2026 at 17.00hrs (Singapore Time) or when a field of 60 professional participants has been achieved, there after a US$ 100 surcharge will apply to all entries received that might be accepted by the AST

AST Members & host country exemptions (HCE) = US$ 750 nett

4 day / 4 rounds - no hotel package includes:

- US$ 200 tournament entry fee 

- 4 rounds of golf - green, buggy & caddy fees

- individual caddy with buggy on a twin sharing basis

- 1 goodie bag and daily on course refreshments

- Pro-Am / practice round on Tue 1 Sep - dinner included

- 4 X lunch @ golf club on Tue 1, Wed 2, Thu 3 & Fri 4 Sep

package excludes

- all land transportation and airport transfers

- Indonesia VISA on Arrival and any tourism taxes

US$ 1,050 - less US$ 300 last place prize money = US$ 750

GOLF TOURNAMET PACKAGE with no hotel accommodation is only available and offered to AST members who live in Indonesia, members of the Host Country's PGA, Indonesian Nationals and or a member of a recognised PGA and or Tour with legal Indonesian residential status ONLY holding a tourist VISA does not qualify for HCE status!! 

Members of PGA of Indonesia = US$ 750 @ IDR 13,500,000

US$ 1,050 - US$ 300 last place prize money = US$ 750

US$ 200 - the AST non-member surcharge is waived for members of the PGA of Indonesia in lieu of (possible/any) PGA sanction fees

AST Members -  OPTIONAL - play and stay package

3 nights / 4 day / 4 rounds - play & stay package includes:

- US$ 200 tournament entry fee

- 4 rounds of golf - green, buggy & caddy fees

- individual caddy with buggy on a twin sharing basis

Single Occupancy = US$ 1,050 nett

US$ 1,350 - less US$ 300 last place prize money = US$ 1,050

2 golfers Twin Sharing = US$ 890 net per golfer

US$ 1,190 per golfer - less US$ 300 prize money = US$ 890 each

Twin Sharing with spouse / non-golfer = US$ 1,250 nett

US$ 1,550 - less US$ 300 last place prize money = US$ 1,250

- non-golfer entitled to same F&B & other benefits as golfer

Non-Members of the AST pay an extra US$ 200 - surcharge

Surcharge is ONLY waived for members of the PGA of Indonesia (the host country) and for PROs who are members of a recognized PGA or Tour who qualifies for Host Country Exemption status and so entitled to pay AST member's rates

- the above figures are based on a min field of 48 professional golfers being realised

- your last place US$ 300 prize money is applied as a deduction and taken into account when arriving at the NETT cost for a professional participant to play in an ASM tournament

- the US$ 300 will have been deducted from the cost of your entry fee and or all inclusive play & stay entry fee package that you may have been charged for and paid prior to registration and or with written permission; to be collected during registration

- if you place 12th or better, the US$ 300 last place prize money will be deducted from funds which you may be entitled to have won no additional deductions  are imposed at AST events

AMATEUR GOLFERS can be of any age and gender

- amateur have no right to win ASM tournament Prize Money

Closing Date for Q School to be staged immediately prior to 4th ASM Jakarta 2026 and the PRO Qualifier to be staged during the ASM event is on Tue 18 August 2026 at 17.00hrs (Singapore Time) or when a field of 60 professional participants has been achieved, there after a US$ 100 surcharge will apply to all entries received that might be accepted.

Insurance - all golfers, their travelling companion(s) are advised and required to ensure that they have made arrangements to have their own valid personal travel, COVID and medical insurance in place.

Passport - your passport MUST have at least 1 full unused page and also still be valid for at least 6 more months from the date of your arrival
