4th ASM Jakarta 2025 @ Imperial Klub Golf

Amateur golfers can be of any age and gender

AST Members & host country exemptions = US$ 850

4 day / 4 rounds - no hotel package includes:

- US$ 200 tournament entry fee 

- 4 rounds of golf - green, buggy & caddy fees - twin sharing basis

- 1 goodie bag and daily on course refreshments

- Pro-Am / practice round on Sun - dinner included

- 4 X lunch @ golf club on Sun, Mon, Tue, & Wed

US$ 1,150 - less US$ 300 last place prize money = US$ 850

AST members, Indonesian Nationals and or a member of a foreign PGA and or Tour or with legal Indonesian residential status ONLY - not a tourist VISA!!

Non-Members pay extra US$ 150 - surcharge

Surcharge waived for members of the PGA of Indonesian  and PROs who are members of foreign PGAs who qualify for Host Country Exemption plus members who will be entitled to pay AST member's rates

Members of PGA of Indonesia = US$ 790 @ IDR 12,900

US$ 1,150 - US$ 300 last place prize money = US$ 850

US$ 60 - PGA of Indonesia discount in lieu of sanction fees

US$ 850 - US$ 60 = US$ 790

AST Members -  OPTIONAL - play and stay package

3 nights / 4 day / 4 rounds - play & stay package includes:

- US$ 200 tournament entry fee

Twin Sharing with spouse / non-golfer = US$ 1,250 nett

US$ 1,550 - less US$ 300 last place prize money = US$ 1,250

- non-golfer entitled to same F&B & other benefits as golfer

Amateur Golfers - Play & Stay Packages: 

Single Occupancy = US$ 1,250 

Twin Sharing = US$ 1,150 per golfer

Twin Sharing with spouse / non-golfer = US$ 1,550

- with no right to win ASM @ Indonesia Prize Money

Amateur Golfers - no accommodation

4 rounds of GOLF and F&B package only = US$ 1,000

- with no right to win ASM @ Indonesia Prize Money

All packages quoted excludes Indonesia VISA on arrival

GOLF TOURNAMET PACKAGE - NO HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Only AST members and members of the PGA of Indonesia and or legal residents are eligible - package excludes accommodation & transportation

13th - onwards US$ 300

- last place US$ 300 prize money deduction is applied to all pros at registration

- this is deducted from the cost of your - all inclusive play & stay entry fee package 

- if you place 12th or better, last place prize money will be deducted from funds won

- no additional deductions or with-holding taxes are imposed at AST events

- figures based on a min field of 48 professional golfers

Amateur Golfers / PRO Qualifier

Play & Stay - 3 nights / 4 days / 4 rounds of golf

Single Occupancy - US$ 950

Twin Sharing with spouse / non-golfing companion - US$ 1,150

- non-golfer is entitled to the same F&B benefits as golfing participants

Amateur Golfers - No Hotel Accommodation or Transportation

- 4 day package - Pro-Am / practice round and 3 day tournament - US$ 900

- 3 day package - Pro-Am and 1st & 2nd Day of ASM tournament - US$ 750

- 2 day package - Pro-Am and 1st Day of ASM tournament - US$ 600

- 1 day package - Pro-Am - US$ 450

AST Q School during the 4th ASM Jakarta 2025

Play & Stay package - 3 nights, 4 days / 4 rounds - includes:

- US$ 200 - Q School entry fee

- Pro-Am / practice round on Sun - dinner included

- 3 nights / 4 days / 4 rounds of golf - includes breakfast

Single Occupancy = US$ 1,250 nett

Twin Sharing with spouse / non-golfer = US$ 1,450 nett

- package excludes all land transfer costs & Indonesia VISA on Arrival

Q School - NO HOTEL OPTION = US$ 1,000

Closing Date for the 4th ASM Jakarta 2025 is on Fri 8 August 2025  at 17.00hrs (Singapore Time) or when a field of 80 participants has been achieved, there after a US$ 100 surcharge will apply to all entries received that might be accepted by the AST
